Do notlook for ups and do not look for downs, just rest in the middle where awarenessis.  If you are centered in your awareness then you are detached from thepersonality and dualistic world ……Get used to this center place and look tooperate from here and you will not get pulled in one direction or another butfeel peace in the center of awareness…. awareness is indestructible, awarenessis close to Divine, awareness, it  is anend in itself, it never seeks to go someplace else or thinks someplace else ismore important or interesting then where you are right now.
