Do not (we repeat DO NOT) send out a ceremony time until you listen to this episode.

Honestly, we are barely scratching the surface on this one, y’all. At the VERY least, consider the following before setting your ceremony time.

1. Will your ceremony be inside or outside? What time of year is it? Nothing is worse than a 4PM wedding outside in August. Nothing. However, 4PM outside in October might be perfect.
2. What time is sunset? Do you want sunset photos? You definitely don’t want to run out of light before you’ve gotten the perfect pictures (this is your ONLY chance, get those shots, boo)
3. How many hours is your photographer hired for? How much time does your photographer need for photos? Are you doing a first look? How long will it take you to get ready? Are you sure? How long does the hair and makeup team need? (ASK THEM!)

Above all, DO NOT send out invitations until you’ve talked to your planner/coordinator and your photographer about the best time to have your ceremony.
