Last February 18, I released my first album out into the world. It's been two years of living and writing down my experiences. It's now been over a month since the album was released. I still have a lot of feelings from the album's release. I wanted to share some of those thoughts and feelings with you today. 

How do you make things when you're in a rut or are feeling uninspired? Here are a few tricks or hacks, that really serve as reminders, for when you don't feel like making things but have to. I know I've used this in my own music practice. Sometimes it's all about showing up and sitting down to do the work THEN inspiration will come and find you.
