In order to become great and achieve great strength it takes REPS.

REPS stands for repetitions.

Strength is gained through reps.

Whatever you want to level up takes action items.

And the most effective action items should be repped as much as possible.

If you want to build your biceps: Do reps of bicep curls to make it happen.

Do different kinds of reps to keep it interesting.

Supinated curls.

Pronated curls.

And hammer curls.

Reps on reps.

The more reps you do the more blood will flow to the muscles you are repping and you will get stronger and grow.

If you want to build your brand:

The more positive marketing communication you create the better.

A daily cadence of content is a powerful way to grow your audience.

Effective marketing does not always cost money...

But it does always involve effort.

And the more effort you put into your marketing reps the better.

What do I mean by marketing reps?

I mean repetitions of the marketing activities that help beef you up your bottom line.

Repping out emails.

Repping out tweets.

Repping out LinkedIn posts.

Repping out posts on Facebook & Instagram.

Repping out automation elements of your marketing funnel.

To the marketing REPS that get you results and it is only a matter of time until you gain strength in the area of activity yoy are repping.

If you want all the amazing benefits of a strong body and a strong business you absolutely must focus on your best action items possible and DO THE REPS.
