Simple Yoga tricks and tools that you can use anywhere in your day - at your desk, waiting at a stop-light, or in line at the grocery store.

1. Core Reset - breathing from your belly button. Sharp sniffs and blow, or inhales and exhales.

2. Pelvic Rock- Psoas muscles relaxed with micro-movement rocking the pelvic or sitting bone. Reset the posture.

3. Scalene Muscles - stretch and massage neck muscles. Loosen and improve circulation.
