In the third episode, we ask whether if truth commissions can heal divided nations. For our case studies, we look at the Sri Lankan Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commision as example of biased reporting and talk about the ways in which the Commission proved to be ineffective. Additionally, we also speak to Andre Pagliarini about the main obstacles to establish a Truth Commission in Brazil.
