You can do the right thing in 30 seconds or less by making a Tzedakah box. Judaism does not have a word for charity nor is there the concept of charity. Being Jewish you focus on the religious idea of Tzedakah and that means that you are to do the right thing. The Hebrew prophets made it plain that you are expected to do the right thing with your money and possessions. And that means sharing what you have gained. It doesn’t mean giving everything away, nor does it mean living an austere life. There are multiple ways and many opportunities to do the right thing. And You are going to focus on one easy, simple, and important way to do the right thing. Make a Tzedakah box.
