Polls have shown that our country is deeply divided. One of the ways of navigating this polarization is to look for things upon which we may agree. Yet what happens when we can't seem to find common ground with one another? Do we just write one another off?
Do we have to come to agreement in order to faithfully follow Jesus and live out the Golden Rule in our lives? Our Scripture for this Sunday speaks to these questions and the fact that while our politics may be different, we still can be one body of Christ.
In this podcast we'll reflect on how learning to respect one another in the midst of differences can be a gift and open the door to loving as Jesus did.
