This podcast is both in english and spanish, where we talk about the bitterness in life and I do my best to sweeten it up because it can be bitter but we owe ourselves to sweeten it up. This started in March of 2020 a way to heal through my own journey but to honor my own heritage since CAFE was and still is a way we talk about navigating the changes of life witinh our own family.
