More so now than ever, people are really starting to question what this reality is. Do we live in a simulation? Do we live in a matrix? Am I a part of The Matrix? Is this reality even real? Asking these questions is a key part of the spiritual awakening journey and one that I feel could be explored more. I want to explore the answers to these questions and explain why I think we do live and exist within a matrix/ simulation and how this has helped me to live a more free, authentic life. Understanding the idea that we exist within a simulation really allowed me to stop taking things so seriously and actually create a reality and a life that I love and WANT to live.
