On today's podcast I was able to sit down with Michelle Fox, a Health and Administrations major from Penn State who has become one of my best friends here in Florida. Michelle and I were finally able to sit down to record after weeks of trying to do so. 

On this episode we chatted about how college can really mess with your health and lifestyle choices and how we have both changed since college ended. Now she's working for the company she got an internship with over a year ago and has really come to understand what life has to offer.
