John 11:1-44

It’s really important that we catch what Jesus just said here. “I am the resurrection and the life.” (John 11:25) Jesus makes a statement here that is utterly, absolutely divine. Nobody other than the One True God could make this statement. He’s saying, “The resurrection, the very life of all creation, all mankind… I am it. I’m the only supreme authority over life. When it comes to the resurrection one day… that’s Me. That’s My plan. My power will make that happen. When it comes to life, to the creation of it, the sustaining of it, the future of it… that’s Me. It’s all Me.”
