Fun. Feisty. Fabulous! kicks off with an important announcement. As of this week, the podcast will move from weekly to bi-weekly.

The theme for tonight’s episode is Do You, Boo! or Do You! if you aren’t a fan of that particular term of endearment. Basically, as we get older, we often become surer of ourselves, what we want, what we’ll tolerate and what we need to fully express ourselves.

To do you, you don’t have to get upset, defend yourself or second-guess your choices. You just have to find what works for you and do it. Let judgements go and embrace your choices and the choices of others (even if they aren’t yours) with tact and class.

Whether it is your choice of a mate, career direction or just everyday personal choices, you don’t need anyone’s permission to live your life your way.
