We’ve all heard how important communication is; are you leaving people in the dark?  “If you don’t give someone the information they need, they will make up something to fill the void.”  How can we be clear in our communication to avoid assumptions? When we leave people to assume, they usually go to the worst case scenario.  Even if it doesn’t seem important to you, if someone takes the time to ask, Gerritt says we should take the time to answer.
