The other day I went to see a healer in Colorado and while she was clearing some of my energy she made note to tell me that A LOT of what I was carrying was not even mine. There was a lot of sadness and grief that was lurking within me and wreaking havoc on my health, body and spirit. Yes I am an empath and can often take on the energy and emotions of others so it is VITAL for me to not only clear my energy regularly but be more mindful of who and what I surround myself with on a daily basis. In fact we ALL need to do this as it is so easy for us to be impacted physically, mentally, and spiritually by those around us.
