Hey sweet one! In this episode, I dive into the realizations I've made since I experienced heartbreak. I have noticed that I repeat certain patterns/trauma responses and it's been interesting to "catch" repeating it again. I've learned that as kids we get "wired" to work a certain way in certain situations and it requires awareness, patience and knowledge to change the way your subconscious works. But it's all about understanding yourself and the world around you better, right? This episode discusses how to bring awareness and calmness in the middle of chaos.
