How many times do we mix morality with what we eat?

“I was so bad today, I ate a whole plate of cookies!”

Or

“I did so good today, I only had a salad for lunch!”

Or

“I had a great day, I worked out so hard and completed that project, I deserve to eat this!”

We can easily find ourselves in the cycle of making ourselves out be good or bad based on what we’re eating.
