Whilst looking back this year we might lick some wounds but hindsight does bring a gift, foresight, the power to change what doesn’t work, to learn, to reach, to shift. Leaning forward in spite of challenging times isn’t denying problems exist, it’s knowing that the other option is to allow them to persist. Outside circumstance does not need to dim the power that you hold, to be a force for growth and strength, a radiant individual.
