Procrastinating doesn’t feel good so forgive yourself as it's not selfish laziness. It’s a learnt behaviour of subconciously avoiding fears. This once worked for you but now creates more and more stress creating the baffling loop of hopes, fear, avoid then numb. Procrastinating is numbing fears, giving stress a break. That's ok, forgive yourself but then move to stop numbing and wake.
