Here are two four-letter words for you to ponder, REST DAYS. That’s correct, something that isn’t given, taken nor observed anymore. Back in the day, it was almost a religion for Doctors to take Wednesday off to play golf. In this day and age, it’s more likely they take a weekend day and work on Wednesday to see more patients. We do the same. When was the last time you took a rest day?
