Most business owners carry out their business without a true purpose or a true vision. Is this wrong? Perhaps and perhaps not.

However, what I believe is certainly true, is the fact that if you have a real purpose or a true vision for your business, your results are likely to get bigger. It's also more likely that you can rally your troops, i.e. your employees, around your vision and make them happier and more performing in the process of their daily work life.
