My guest for this episode wears the white hat.  I have had the pleasure of knowing Susan Sly for over a decade and a half.  In the beginning of the episode, I was joking with her that she’s a bit like a bond villain.   I said that because she’s an innovative creator, disruptor, and top performer in every arena she plays in.  So, I was playfully referring to her prolific genius.  She replied that she prefers to think of herself as wearing the white hat.  In film, to wear the white hat means to be virtuous, a mastermind.  A character who is both admirable and honorable.  

Susan is a best-selling author, accomplished international speaker, renowned sales trainer, tech CEO, acclaimed entrepreneur, wife, and mother.  But what I think you’ll appreciate most about her, find most inspiring, is that she’s an altruistic, relentless crusader, who has overcome enormous obstacles repeatedly, to reinvent herself in a way that adds value to her life and the lives of countless others.  She does indeed wear the white hat.  

In this episode we talk about everything from self-reinvention, being of value, NLP, taking responsibility, being a lifelong learner, to living in a virtual reality world.  At times this conversation is incredibly inspiring.  At times it gets heavy.  But it’s authentic and honest throughout.  This episode has no shortage of value, insight and indispensable lessons for life and work.
