On a weekly basis I put together a podcast about what I am doing a long the journey of failing my way (in public to success)

Me doing this show is quite conflicting because obviously I should be this finished polished article that can show you exactly what you need to do to be successful but like us all, I make mistakes and i'm on this journey to find out just how far I can go

I really hope you appreciate that and don't judge me too much because you as well have a journey to go and if you are judging me then you are judging yourself and I would hate to see that happen

There have been a lot of job cuts going on but along with this, non sales people may have absorbed more of a sales role

Do you have to be natural closer to sell and become a top sales person?>

I don;t think so, you have a talent that can be developed

1st tip is to show you care

2nd tip is to become a good listener

3rd tip is to be a good problem solver

this is a great foundation to work from and all things you can start to work on straight away or already realise you have these skills and traits and there is nothing to worry about
