But, by all accounts, Judge (“Chancellor”) Kathaleen McCormick, is the firm hand that is needed. Legal experts describe her as well-prepared, comfortable with complexity, and known for hard & quick work. Those qualities are not just great in a judge, however, but in any manager or professional.
