Welcome welcome to episode 14 of the Expand Your Mind With Quotes series!

Today’s quote comes from none other than Jim Carrey. It says:

“I think everyone should get rich and famous and do everything they ever dreamed of so they can see that it’s not the answer.”

Talk about throwing rocks at such a polarizing idea! A lot of people think fame, riches, and what they accomplish are the tools to creating a happy life.

However, someone who has achieved such things boldly says otherwise. I have heard from more people than just Jim Carrey, who have also achieved the fame and the riches, say the same thing. 

So the question is...if riches and accomplishments are not the foundation to a happy life, than what is?
