We are talking today about the legacy left behind by mentors and how it creates a tree, with Karamel pointing out that when it comes to mentoring, it’s not about what we leave for people but rather what we leave in people.
Listen in as we give many examples of situations in which we have had mentors in our lives, touching upon the gold nuggets of wisdom that we have learned from them and how we have then imparted that wisdom into people as mentors ourselves.
