"I like a potato salad that has a lot of stuff in it, has onions in it, and celery is a must. Also has crispy bacon, top of it, and hard boiled eggs are also in it. The dressing is pure mayonnaise and liberally salt and pepper. To me, that's potato salad at its finest. But I do enjoy a german potato salad, a vinegar and mustard baste with sauteed onions and bacon. And I find a great deal of delight in that as well."
