Until week 5, I was paying closer attention to my mindset and emotions, while doing the Home Workout. It is only from Week 6, I could feel my body listen. To give a few examples:
How I became more mindful and started writing more, improved my memory, showed up to work out with courage and honesty, and started using auto suggestion to keep up with good habits, etc.
