Happy February, Everyone! 

Even though it is February, it is still the beginning of the year. How are your resolutions or goals going so far? No worries if you have fallen off the wagon; we all do. We need to get up, dust ourselves off and reset! 

Today, I'm re-airing an episode from last month that I think is something we all need to hear. (Myself included)  I talk about why people’s resolutions for the New Year don’t work and what you can do instead of these unattainable goals. I will also update you on what is going on with me and my pregnancy!

  2. [09:53] Sometimes slowing down is even more critical,and productive because it gives you the reset you need to be focused and motivated
