There are times where we can flow from slow to fast throughout the day easily and naturally, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing or one or the other.
Sometimes getting a to do done and off your physical and mental list, and creates more space and freedom and ease a few moments later.
I believe it’s really important for us to create moments of spaciousness in our days, it could be in the mornings, evenings or whatever works best for you. Slower mornings have felt really good and supportive to me this summer.
I’m also a big believer in needing to slow down, especially for introverts.
Introverts naturally need more rest, slowing down and recharging.
