We learned this week that the Utah legislature will pass tax cuts in the form of income tax cuts rather than removing the tax on food. Their reason is that they want to give a hand up, not a hand out. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to ask her guests on A Woman's View whether they agreed with that philosophy. Her guests this week include Francine Gianni, former Executive Director of the Department of Commerce, Robin Ebmeyer, UVU's Director of Emergency Management and Safety and Andrea Jensen, Asthma Program Coordinator for the Utah County Health Department.
