Guilt and shame, both started in the garden with Adam and Eve. But they are very different. Nothing is worse than Mommy's guilt, of you not doing enough or doing too much. Or for the Mom who has come out of addiction, or other destructive lifestyles, who can't shake the heaviness of guilt. Jesus is waiting for us to cast our cares you are not alone!
