Welcome to the Smash system podcast. I’m your host, Nino Prodan. And this episode I want to tell you about what happened to me after my first trip to Europe, came back to the US and I was, everything was different. I looked at my ambitions differently. I looked at what I wanted in life differently. The problem was, when I came back, I kept telling myself the same story kept telling myself that what I had to do was slog through life. And every once in a while, give myself a treat. Every once in a while, give myself something to strive for, give me something to look forward to plug away for five days a week, just so I can enjoy a little time on the weekend, which was half consumed by chores and things that I didn’t want to do anyway. I was told that life was work, life was suffering, and doing things that you don’t want to do ever and to continue to do them. For for Yours. And when you’re done doing that for 40 years, guess what? you finally get to enjoy yourself for like two or three years and then you die. That’s right. You live your whole life, to only enjoy it, maybe one day a week. And then for the last three years of your life, the rest of it is dedicated to making enough money to just get by and make somebody else rich in the process to bleed and suffer and never enjoy or enjoy very little of your life. And it’s not suffering for growth. It’s not suffering, to expand yourself. It’s suffering for the sake of suffering because that’s what life is. And I say it’s BS. Stop telling yourself, it’s okay. It’s the biggest lie You can tell yourself. Keep telling yourself It’s okay. You’re not going to do anything. So stop it. Stop lying to yourself. stop accepting lies, and tell yourself there’s more There’s more to life than suffering for someone else’s profit. There’s more to life than being stuck in traffic for hours a day. wasting away your life. No, you don’t like driving, stop lying to yourself. Stop lying to yourself and saying it’s okay. You know, there could be more. You know, life could be better. You could be living your dreams, but you have to motivate yourself and stop telling yourself It’s okay. It’s not going to get better until you make it better. It’s not going to get better until you take those steps to make it better. The fear that you suffer in making those steps. That’s okay. But slogging along because you think you have security, false security because you can get laid off from your job at any moment. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about your well being or what happens when they don’t need you anymore. They care about the bottom line. You can be replaced tomorrow. Morrow. So stop telling yourself It’s okay. Create real security for yourself. It’s not okay to be exploited. It’s not okay to sacrifice your life for someone else that doesn’t care about you. I want you to dream big. I want you to achieve those dreams. I want you to live the life that you want because you deserve it. But stop telling yourself that the status quo is okay. There’s more to life than living just for the weekends. There’s more to life than just getting numb on that vacation. You can feel live when you wake up in the morning you can feel live and spend time with the people you love every day of your life. But first, you need to be honest with yourself and stop saying what you have now is okay. Live to your fullest potential. And go bigger, get bigger, stop living small and get what you want. I’ll talk to you tomorrow.
