We often hear that investors want to become property developers. But what does it really take and how does it differ from being an  investor? To answer these questions, I've invited Andrew Purdie on the show. Andrew is the managing director of Bennett Williams which is a full-service property development company as well as one of the hosts of the TV show Australia's Best House.

Additionally, he has recently launched The Purdie Foundation and is soon to launch his own podcast, The Hidden Philanthropist.
