不喜欢跑步机而是户外 not on the treadmill but in the riverside park
条件允许的话 我80%精力都用来运动  if possible I would spend eighty percent of my leisure time to do different kinds of sports

我不是自己学 我朋友来帮我  I didn't learn it by myself, one of my best friends came to me and helped me out
现在骑的很好 不害怕啦 I don't have to think too much about my dangerous problem because I am a good rider
