We all worry from time to time , when we face challenges in life. At times we worry with no real reason why ? All in all while it is natural to worry time to time , I have learned in my walk in faith that worry contaminates our Faith and trust in God.

Adelante (which means to go Forward) with Arlene! I am better known as the former 80's NYC Freestyle (Dance Music). I became a Christian 30+yrs ago in the Bronx &amp; attended Nyack College in NYC and have a BS Degree in Bible and Pastoral Counseling. I love the Lord and love sharing His word and inspiration. I started my YouTube Channel in 2009 but came back to it in 2019 after getting married and taking the time to grow as a wife and a Christian. We moved from NYC now 7 yrs ago to Florida.
