In the premiere episode of "The Quarantine Chronicles", I interview Nar, a dancer and teacher, from Azerbaijan.  She shares her story about how the pandemic has affected her mentally.  She also reveals what keeps her from losing hope.

My hope is that by sharing our stories, we find comfort in knowing that, although lockdown has isolated us, in many ways, we're all in this together, and we WILL prevail.
