Welcome back to Season 2 of The Doc, U R… Podcast, where we aim to connect physicians, leaders and the community in order to combat the stigmas surrounding physician mental health and lessen their burdens leading to burnout and suicide. This season, we are diving deeper into the challenges that clinicians face and the worst outcomes. We aim to increase awareness and education about physicians' and other healthcare workers' mental health challenges. Our goals are to advance understanding of suicide to strategically prevent suicide attempts.
The objective of the podcast is to de-stigmatize physician mental health. The goals are to humanize physicians, empower physicians, and bring awareness to their healing needs. The theme this season is “Navigating Mental Health and Medicine: The Costs of Physician Burnout and Mental Health Challenges.”
This week, Dr. Kiki welcomes us back to the podcast for Season 2, discusses how the first year of business for Doctors Under the Radar went both for the business as a whole and for Dr. Kiki personally, and provides some insight into the future direction of the company as well as for the new season of the podcast.
