Good news Wednesday but not for stocks. September has not started well for stocks but the economy is improving and optimism among investors and business owners is improving. The attached article confirms wealthy investors and business owners have a positive outlook for the economy and yesterday the NFIB Small Business Optimism Index showed improvement.
On a local level we are hearing that home builders are preparing for a strong year for home construction next year. Builders are searching for development sites and they are in short supply.
