Dr. Sherrea Jones was a single mom, living in Westlawn Projects, who received her undergraduate degree from UW Madison, and then started her Ph.D. in the middle of her graduate degree at Marquette University. She switched over to a Fellowship that gave her up to $30K per year. She wrote her dissertation on molecular biology. She loves explaining how our bodies and cells work. After being a professor at MATC for over 10 years, she’s now pursing her M.D. at the Medical College of WI. Sherrea is a “Doc Who Rocks!”
