Anna is a licensed real estate broker agent in Houston, Texas. She is an expert broker who specializes in commercial and residential relocation working with clients all over the United States. 

Anna will help us learn how to better understand and negotiate a commercial real estate lease contract for your medical practice. She walks us through leasing definitions (CAM, Triple net), lease terms (difference between 3-5-10 year contracts), and who to hire to help prepare you to grow a sustainable medical practice. 

Molly Moore is compliance officer at Decent, which is a health insurance plan built around direct primary care. Molly, is an expert of the BenAdmin and DPC space, working with some of the original DPC founding companies in the WashingtonState area. 

On this episode Molly will discuss Decent's health plans, how decent is helping to innovate the direct primary care model, and how clinicians can integrate decent health plans into their DPC medical practices in Texas.
