She walks us through leasing definitions (CAM, Triple net), lease terms (difference between 3-5-10 year contracts), and who to hire to help prepare you to grow a sustainable medical practice. 

Molly Moore is compliance officer at Decent, which is a health insurance plan built around direct primary care. Molly, is an expert of the BenAdmin and DPC space, working with some of the original DPC founding companies in the WashingtonState area.
