Corrections

Ron refers to the composer of the theme, Ron Granier, as the head of the BBC Radiophonic workshop, which is incorrect. He was contracted by them to compose the theme, but it's accurate that he felt Delia Derbyshire deserved credit and royalties for her work on it.
