#WeNeedtoTalk23 is back in the New Year with it's 2nd season and to start off 2021 I brought back a past guest (Dr. Negasti McCurdie-Wright) who through all of the madness of 2020 was able to complete her Doctorate program and obtain her Phd. During this episode we discussed the driving force that led her to start the Phd program, her success, what next now that she has her Phd, what she would like others to take from her story and what she would like to be remembered for when it is all said and done.
