#WeNeedtoTalk23 is back in the New Year with it's 2nd season and to start off 2021 I brought back a past guest (Dr. Negasti McCurdie-Wright) that has a very powerful and uplifting story. With all of the madness that took place in 2020 she was able to put the work in and earn her Ed.D! During this episode we discussed the driving force that led her to starting and completing her Doctorate while being a wife, mother (x2) and full-time student in the middle of a pandemic, what she would like to be remembered for when it is all said and done and a host of other conversations.
