I got to a couple topics on top of mind over the past few weeks and hopefully can get something going every other week from now on.

Finally got Paisani to get on the podcast. A long time in the making but finally in the Food Trucking offseason we were able to make it happen. One of those episodes that felt like it could have gone on for 10 more hours if we had the time. Lot of truck talk but also a lot of funny stories and inspiration for any potential small business out there.
