Insight Meditation Community of Charlottesville (IMCC) is a charitable organization located in central Virginia that offers a full range of Buddhist insight (Vipassana) meditation retreats, courses, and weekly dharma talks. Insight meditation practices have been taught for more than 2500 years as part of a path to liberation of mind and heart from suffering.
