Does a software robot really save time? What are the constraints?
In this episode, I am exploring two questions that I have asked 8 people, both in IT and business, and who have participated in RPA projects delivery before. The first question was if RPA really saves and time, the second what are the constraints of RPA. These 2 questions were part of the survey I did for my MBA thesis. The 10 questions together with their answers will be published in my forthcoming book on the challenges with implementing intelligent automation.
