3/21/25 - One in four women in the U.S. will have an abortion by age 45, yet many feel abandoned by a culture that doesn't acknowledge the lasting effects. Studies have shown that nearly 60% of women who have undergone the procedure report feeling emotional pain post-abortion, with one-third citing feelings of sadness, regret, or anger. Yet, somehow, our government officials and even many of our own leaders in the Catholic church continue to minimize the issue at every opportunity. We know that the teachings of the Catholic church call for an end to this atrocity, so why does its human leadership fail to uphold the message? Does anyone actually care?
