With longtime Apple pro users feeling increasingly frustrated with the company’s apparent drift away from pro products and software, highlighted by the most recent Macbook Pro refresh and the lack of updates to their pro lines, will Tim Cook’s remarks keep these users satisfied or has Apple gone too far and pushed these users away from Macs? Steve and Ben discuss Apple’s current focus on the consumer and prosumer markets as opposed to high-end pros and whether they need to continue serving the high-end pro market.
