Does college change you?

We start by looking at what it's like when we have high schoolers working for us versus when they come home from college and there is a big difference in mentality.

Inevitably, we are all effected by change in some way but one thing that we have noticed is that for high schoolers, at least for those that have worked for us in the past, there is a big difference in work ethic, drive, and even passion compared to when someone interns us when they are in college.

You mindset is always changing and something we should all be open to is not focusing on the degrees that people have. There is more out there in people than just that, but college, as Paul highlights, is a necessary evil that everyone should go through.
